Pelham Saddlery Shipping Policy
Please be sure to provide a complete mailing address when you submit your
order. For faster service please provide a street address not a PO Box.
Continental United States
All items shipped to addresses within the continental United States are
shipped using UPS Ground Delivery. For information regarding expedited
shipping via USPS or FedEx please contact our store directly via email
or phone at 603-635-1263.
Saddle Shipping
All Saddles shipped from Pelham Saddlery must be signed for upon delivery. Please be sure to send the saddle to an address where someone is likely to be available to sign for it. Don't worry, UPS will make more than one attempt to deliver if you miss the package the first time.
Pelham Saddlery is happy to ship all of our products, including trial saddles to Alaska & Hawaii. Your shipping and handling charges will be based on the actual cost of shipping. We will email you with the total when your products are ready to ship out.
International
Pelham Saddlery no longer accepts international orders. Additionally we will only accept orders whose billing and shipping addresses are both within the United States .
Canada
If you would like to purchase a saddle and you live in Canada, it must be shipped to a US address or picked up in our store. 7-day trial period will start when the saddle is signed for at the address that the saddle shipped to in the US. Therefore, our Canadian customers are likely to not be able to take advantage of our trial policy.

Pelham Saddlery now offers return label services on trial saddles.
The attached return shipping label has been provided for your convenience.
If you use the label, your account will be charged either $69.00 for one saddle or $99.00 for two saddles. If you do NOT use the label, your account will not be charged.
To use the shipping label, please follow the return shipping instructions: To activate your return label: Pack the saddle as it was when you received it Note: This is not a call tag, and cannot be used as one. This means you cannot call UPS to schedule a pickup at your home.
Once the box is sealed and labeled for return shipping, you can: Drop the package off at your local UPS facility Give it to your local UPS driver at a stop on his/her regular route Bring to your place of business if UPS is your designated carrier or makes stops at you place of business. Packages should never be left unattended! Until they are in transit, they are not insured and are the responsibility of the customer.
